Shahid Kapoor to have a double role in Anees Bazmee’s next

A while ago, it was reported that Shahid Kapoor is set to collaborate with Anees Bazmee for his next, after ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’. Shahid and Anees have been in talks for the film for the last four months and now a report suggests that the actor will be seen in a double role in this comid caper.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, Shahid is a fan of the double role comedy genre and he’s quite excited for the film. The actor-director have been in discussion for many months now and the final narration is set to take place by the end of the month. The makers are planning to take the film on floors by June or July because by then, Shahid would have wrapped up his film with Kriti Sanon which is a love story between a man and a robot. The actor is also doing another film which is the remake of the Malayalam film, ‘Mumbai Police’

The report also suggests that the makers are in talks with some A-list actresses to be cast for the film and the female lead should be blocked by the month end.
At the moment, Shahid is gearing up for the release of his web series ‘Farzi’ directed by Raj and DK. It also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Amol Palekar, Raashii Khanna alongside the actor.
