Raj and DK’s ‘Farzi’ starring Shahid Kapoor expected to release in February 2023:

There’s been immense anticipation around Shahid Kapoor‘s OTT debut project, ever since it’s announced. Helmed by Raj and DK after their critically acclaimed ‘The Family Man 2’, the project also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Kay Kay Menon and Raashii Khanna. At the launch event, Shahid seemed quite excited about it as he expressed, “It’s so different from what we do in movies. I am nervous but excited. I always wanted to do something challenging and different. This story and character to me match every film that I have done. I can’t wait for the audience to see it.”

Well, the good news now is that as per a report in Pinkvilla, the project is all set to be released in February 2023. More details on the project is still kept under wraps. When Shahid’s first look from the film had released, the makers described it as, “An artist who gets pulled into the murky high stakes of a con job and a fiery task force officer on the mission to rid the country of his menaces in a fast-paced, edgy one-of-a-kind thriller.”

Meanwhile, Shahid’s film ‘Bloody Daddy’ with Ali Abbas Zafar is also set to release on OTT. At the moment, the actor is shooting for a film with Kriti Sanon which is a one-of-its kind robotic romantic comedy. The actor has also been roped in for Anees Bazmee’s next which can begin shooting from February or March reportedly.
