Kiara Advani will be seen next in ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ which is set to release today on OTT. The actress was last seen in ‘JugJugg Jeeyo’ along with Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor and Neetu Singh and has been getting a lot of love on the internet.
In a recent interview with Film Companion, Kiara was asked which is her favourite film of 2022. She praised ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and said she didn’t blink her eyes all through. She further added that Alia was phenomenal in the film and that’s what Sanjay Leela Bhansali does. He brings out the best of his artistes. She also wished that she was a part of something like this.
‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ has been the talk of the town recently because Bhansali has been campaigning for the film to be considered by BAFTA awards for all the categories including ‘Best Film’, ‘Best Director’ and ‘Best Actor’.

Karan laughed at that and was sarcastic hinting at the fact that Alia was Kiara’s rumoured boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra’s ex.
On work front, Kiara had been on a promotional spree for ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ but the actress is presently shooting for ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ with Kartik Aaryan. Interestingly, Kiara was spotted at Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s office in September this year, leading to rumours that the actor might feature in his next.
