There seems to be no stopping in the number of records ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ has been breaking at the box office since its release on April 14th. The Yash starrer has now set a new record and benchmark by becoming the highest sold tickets for a film via an online booking portal and thereby beating ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ which had held the record so far.
This is an impressive record set by ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ considering how the audience has thronged back to the big screens post lockdown, which also reinstates the faith in the theatrical releases by the audience.
Meanwhile, at present on day 44, ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ has collected Rs 1231.39 cr at the box office and is having a glorious run all over the country despite new releases.
Yash has become a household name through the ‘KGF franchise and director Prashanth Neel has become a hotshot director in the Indian industry with back-to-back big projects.
