Here’s why Karan Johar and Ranveer Singh slide into each other’s DMs

Karan Johar and Ranveer Singh bond like a house on fire for many reasons! But most importantly, they both bond over their ‘over-the-top’, vibrant fashion sense. Karan loves bling, and also loves to experiment with various kinds of prints. On the other hand, Ranveer also never shies away from experimenting. Which explains why, it’s not surprising when Karan revealed that the duo slide into each other’s DMs often.

Karan spoke about a brand collaboration recently and revealed that Ranveer and him went crazy to acquire everything. The duo went into each other’s DM’s to send each other pictures of this latest brand collection. KJO had also admitted that they appreciate each other’s fashion sense.

The duo is also set to collaborate on a film now which has been wrapped up. ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ is Karan Johar’s directorial venture after 7 years. His last film was ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. The film stars Ranveer alongside Alia Bhatt after ‘Gully Boy’. Considering that Kjo and Ranveer both love fashion, colours, bling – one can expect the film also to be high on glamour and lots of flamboyant fashion. ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ is set to release in April 2023. The film also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi.


Meanwhile, KJo has also announced the next season of ‘Koffee With Karan’ which will release next year as well.
